While staff were friendly, I found the check-out policy quite frustrating. they mentioned they would charge extra for late check-out, even by just 15 minutes. The breakfast was advertised as vegan shojin ryori, but it felt pre-packaged and not freshly made. Moreover, I ended up with only one toilet roll for my two-night stay, which was a minor inconvenience.
